Stir-Fried Tea Tree Mushrooms

Summary:

Stir-fried tea tree mushrooms is a flavorful and nutritious vegetarian dish with a tender texture and rich mushroom aroma.

Ingredients:

Tea tree mushrooms 200g (washed and cut or torn into segments)

Carrot half (shredded, optional)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash and cut the tea tree mushrooms. Shred the carrot and ginger.

2.Sauté the Ginger:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant.

3.Stir-Fry the Mushrooms:

Add the tea tree mushrooms and cook for 2–3 minutes until they release some moisture.

4.Add Vegetables:

Add the shredded carrot and continue stir-frying for enhanced color and texture.

5.Season the Dish:

Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well to combine the flavors.

6.Serve and Enjoy:

Once the mushrooms are tender but still slightly firm, remove from heat and serve hot.
