Stir-Fried Dried Tofu with Green Peppers

Summary:

Stir-fried dried tofu with green peppers is a simple and savory vegetarian dish featuring chewy tofu and fresh peppers.

Ingredients:

Dried tofu 200g (sliced into strips)

Green bell pepper 1 (seeded and shredded)

Carrot half (shredded, optional)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Slice the dried tofu into strips. Shred the green bell pepper, carrot, and ginger.

2. Sauté the Ginger:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant.

3. Stir-Fry the Tofu:

Add the dried tofu and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until lightly golden.

4. Add the Vegetables:

Add the green bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry quickly until evenly mixed.

5. Season the Dish:

Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well until just cooked.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

Turn off the heat and transfer to a plate. Serve hot or warm.
