Stir-Fried Shredded Potatoes with Vinegar

Summary:

Stir-fried shredded potatoes with vinegar is a tangy and refreshing vegetarian dish, featuring crisp potato shreds with a bright sour flavor.

Ingredients:

Potatoes 300g (peeled and shredded)

Carrot half (shredded, optional)

Green bell pepper half (shredded, optional)

Dried red chilies 3 (chopped, optional)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Black vinegar 2 tablespoons

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Potatoes:

Peel and shred the potatoes. Rinse several times in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.

2.Sauté the Aromatics:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add shredded ginger and dried red chilies, stir-frying until fragrant.

3.Stir-Fry the Potatoes:

Add the potato shreds and stir-fry quickly over high heat for about 2 minutes.

4.Add the Vegetables:

Stir in the shredded carrot and green bell pepper. Continue stir-frying until evenly mixed.

5.Season the Dish:

Add salt, soy sauce, and white pepper. Finally, pour in the black vinegar and stir quickly to combine.

6.Serve and Enjoy:

Cook until the potatoes are crisp-tender, then remove from the pan and serve hot.
