番茄素披萨

简介:

番茄素披萨是一道清新爽口的素食西餐,以番茄为主料,搭配多种蔬菜,口感丰富,健康美味。

材料:

高筋面粉 250克

清水 120毫升

干酵母 3克

橄榄油 1汤匙

盐 少许

番茄 2个(切片)

彩椒 半个(切丝)

黑橄榄 适量(切片,可选)

玉米粒 50克

番茄酱 2汤匙

素芝士 适量(可选,植物基)

做法:

1.和面发酵:

将高筋面粉、干酵母、清水和盐混合揉成面团,加入橄榄油继续揉至光滑,盖湿布发酵约1小时至两倍大。

2.整形面饼:

将发酵好的面团排气,擀成圆形薄饼,放在烤盘上。

3.涂抹酱料:

在面饼表面均匀涂抹番茄酱。

4.摆放蔬菜:

依次铺上番茄片、彩椒丝、玉米粒和黑橄榄片,可撒上少许素芝士。

5.烤制披萨:

将烤箱预热至200℃,放入披萨烤15–18分钟,至表面微焦金黄。

6.出炉享用:

切块装盘,趁热享用,口感清新香浓。

Tomato Vegetarian Pizza

Summary:

Tomato vegetarian pizza is a refreshing and healthy Western dish topped with tomatoes and assorted vegetables, offering a rich and satisfying flavor.

Ingredients:

Bread flour 250g

Water 120ml

Dry yeast 3g

Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Salt a pinch

Tomatoes 2 (sliced)

Bell pepper half (sliced)

Black olives appropriate amount (sliced, optional)

Corn kernels 50g

Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons

Vegan cheese appropriate amount (optional, plant-based)

Instructions:

1.Make the Dough:

Mix bread flour, dry yeast, water, and salt. Knead into dough, add olive oil, and knead until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled.

2.Shape the Base:

Punch down the dough, roll it into a round pizza base, and place it on a baking tray.

3.Spread the Sauce:

Evenly spread tomato sauce over the surface of the dough.

4.Add the Vegetables:

Top with tomato slices, bell pepper, corn kernels, and black olives. Sprinkle vegan cheese if desired.

5.Bake the Pizza:

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the pizza for 15–18 minutes until the top is golden and slightly crisp.

6.Serve and Enjoy:

Cut into slices and serve hot. The pizza is fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
