Black Rice Soy Milk
Summary:
Black Rice Soy Milk is a smooth and nutritious plant-based drink, perfect for daily wellness.
Ingredients:
50g black rice
50g soybeans
1000ml water
Rock sugar to taste (optional)
Instructions:
1.Soak:
Rinse black rice and soybeans separately, then soak for over 8 hours.
2.Blend:
Put the soaked black rice, soybeans, and water into a soy milk maker and blend into liquid.
3.Cook:
Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for 5-8 minutes to avoid overflowing.
4.Season:
Add rock sugar to taste, stir well, and serve warm.
