黑米豆浆

简介:

黑米豆浆是一款香浓顺滑、富含营养的植物饮品,适合日常养生饮用。

材料:

黑米 50克

黄豆 50克

清水 1000毫升

冰糖 适量(可选)

做法:

1.浸泡:

将黑米和黄豆分别淘洗干净,提前浸泡8小时以上。

2.搅打:

将浸泡好的黑米、黄豆和清水一起倒入豆浆机中搅打成浆。

3.煮制:

将浆液煮沸,保持小火煮5-8分钟,避免溢出。

4.调味:

根据个人口味加入适量冰糖,搅拌均匀即可饮用。

Black Rice Soy Milk

Summary:

Black Rice Soy Milk is a smooth and nutritious plant-based drink, perfect for daily wellness.

Ingredients:

50g black rice

50g soybeans

1000ml water

Rock sugar to taste (optional)

Instructions:

1.Soak:

Rinse black rice and soybeans separately, then soak for over 8 hours.

2.Blend:

Put the soaked black rice, soybeans, and water into a soy milk maker and blend into liquid.

3.Cook:

Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for 5-8 minutes to avoid overflowing.

4.Season:

Add rock sugar to taste, stir well, and serve warm.
