香菇炒秋葵

简介:

香菇炒秋葵是一道清香爽脆、营养丰富的素炒菜,适合日常健康饮食。

材料:

香菇 150克

秋葵 200克

植物油 适量

生抽 10毫升

盐 适量

清水 适量

做法:

1.处理食材:

将香菇洗净切片,秋葵洗净去蒂切段。

2.焯烫秋葵:

将秋葵段放入沸水中焯烫1分钟,捞出沥干备用。

3.翻炒香菇:

锅中倒入植物油,加热后放入香菇片翻炒至微软。

4.合炒调味:

加入秋葵段、生抽、盐和少量清水,快速翻炒均匀即可出锅。

Stir-fried Shiitake Mushrooms with Okra

Summary:

Stir-fried Shiitake Mushrooms with Okra is a light, crisp, and nutritious vegetarian dish perfect for healthy daily meals.

Ingredients:

150g shiitake mushrooms

200g okra

Vegetable oil as needed

10ml light soy sauce

Salt to taste

Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare Ingredients:

Wash and slice the shiitake mushrooms; wash okra, remove stems, and cut into pieces.

2.Blanch Okra:

Blanch the okra pieces in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain and set aside.

3.Stir-fry Mushrooms:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add sliced mushrooms, and stir-fry until slightly soft.

4.Combine and Season:

Add okra, light soy sauce, salt, and a little water; stir-fry quickly until well mixed, then serve.
