Stir-Fried Snow Peas

Summary:

Stir-fried snow peas is a simple and crisp vegetarian dish that retains the fresh sweetness of the peas while maintaining their vibrant color.

Ingredients:

Snow peas 300g

Carrot half (sliced)

Ginger 3 slices

Salt to taste

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Trim and wash the snow peas, slice the carrot, and prepare the ginger slices.

2. Sauté the Aromatics:

Heat a pan with vegetable oil, add the ginger slices, and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Stir-Fry the Snow Peas:

Add the snow peas and carrot slices, and stir-fry over high heat for about two minutes to evenly heat them.

4. Season to Taste:

Add salt, soy sauce, and white pepper powder, and stir well to blend the flavors.

5. Serve and Enjoy:

Once the snow peas turn bright green and are slightly softened, turn off the heat and serve hot.
