Cold Dressed Kelp Strips
Summary:
Cold dressed kelp strips is a refreshing and appetizing vegetarian salad with a crisp texture and tangy seasoning.
Ingredients:
Kelp strips 200g (blanched)
Carrot half (shredded)
Ginger 3 slices (shredded)
Rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil a few drops
White sesame seeds appropriate amount
Salt to taste
White pepper powder a pinch
Instructions:
1.Prepare the Ingredients:
Rinse the kelp strips and blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain well. Shred the carrot and ginger.
2.Mix the Seasoning:
In a large bowl, combine the kelp strips, shredded carrot, and ginger. Add vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3.Garnish and Serve:
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Chill slightly before serving for enhanced flavor.
