Tomato Spaghetti

Summary:

Tomato spaghetti is a delicious vegetarian pasta dish made with fresh tomato sauce, offering a rich and tangy flavor.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti 200g

Tomatoes 3 (peeled and diced)

Carrot half (diced)

Bell pepper half (sliced)

Olive oil appropriate amount

Tomato paste 2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder a pinch

Basil leaves appropriate amount (optional)

Water appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Cook the Spaghetti:

Boil water in a pot, add the spaghetti, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Tomato Sauce:

Heat a pan with olive oil, add the diced tomatoes and carrot, and stir-fry over medium heat until the tomatoes soften and release their juices.

3. Season the Sauce:

Add tomato paste, salt, and black pepper powder. Stir well and simmer on low heat for five minutes to enhance the flavor.

4. Add the Bell Pepper:

Stir in the bell pepper and sauté for one minute until slightly softened but still crisp.

5. Combine with Spaghetti:

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix well, ensuring the pasta is evenly coated with the tomato sauce.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

Plate the spaghetti and sprinkle basil leaves on top for extra aroma. Enjoy!
