Stir-Fried Bok Choy

Summary:

Stir-fried bok choy is a light and flavorful vegetarian dish that retains the vegetable’s crisp freshness and natural aroma while being easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

Bok choy 300g

Ginger 3 slices

Salt to taste

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash the bok choy thoroughly and drain excess water. Slice the ginger.

2. Sauté the Aromatics:

Heat a pan with vegetable oil, add the ginger slices, and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Stir-Fry the Bok Choy:

Add the bok choy and stir-fry over high heat for about one minute to cook evenly.

4. Season to Taste:

Add salt, soy sauce, and white pepper powder, and stir well to blend the flavors.

5. Serve and Enjoy:

Once the bok choy softens slightly but remains bright green, turn off the heat and serve hot.
