Stir-Fried Snow Peas with Water Chestnuts

Summary:

Stir-fried snow peas with water chestnuts is a fresh, crisp, and nutritious vegetarian dish that highlights the natural sweetness of vegetables.

Ingredients:

Snow peas 200g (trimmed and cleaned)

Water chestnuts 150g (peeled and sliced)

Carrot half (thinly sliced, optional)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Salt to taste

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Ingredients:

Trim and wash the snow peas. Peel and slice the water chestnuts. Slice the carrot and ginger.

2.Sauté the Ginger:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add shredded ginger and stir-fry until aromatic.

3.Stir-Fry the Vegetables:

Add sliced water chestnuts and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then add snow peas and carrot slices, stirring well.

4.Season to Taste:

Add salt, soy sauce, and white pepper powder. Stir quickly to combine.

5.Serve and Enjoy:

Cook until the vegetables are crisp-tender. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
