Stir-Fried Cabbage

Summary:

Stir-fried cabbage is a crisp and flavorful vegetarian dish that highlights the natural sweetness and slight char of the cabbage with minimal seasoning.

Ingredients:

Cabbage 300g (torn into large pieces by hand)

Dried red chili 4 (chopped, optional)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Ingredients:

Rinse and dry the cabbage, then tear into large pieces by hand. Shred the ginger and cut the dried chilies into segments.

2.Sauté the Aromatics:

Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add the shredded ginger and dried chili, stir-fry until fragrant.

3.Stir-Fry the Cabbage:

Add the cabbage and stir-fry over high heat for 1–2 minutes until the edges are slightly charred.

4.Season the Dish:

Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well to combine and season evenly.

5.Serve and Enjoy:

Cook just until the cabbage is tender but still crisp. Turn off the heat and serve hot.
