Pineapple Fried Rice

Summary:

Pineapple fried rice is a sweet and savory vegetarian dish that combines the tropical aroma of pineapple with the fluffiness of rice for a balanced and refreshing meal.

Ingredients:

Cooked rice (day-old) 300g

Pineapple 100g (diced)

Carrot half (diced)

Green bell pepper half (diced)

Cashews appropriate amount (optional)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Ingredients:

Dice the pineapple, carrot, and green bell pepper. Loosen the rice with chopsticks in advance.

2.Sauté the Vegetables:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add diced carrot and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add green bell pepper and stir evenly.

3.Add the Rice:

Add the rice and stir-fry over high heat until the grains are hot and separated.

4.Season the Rice:

Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well to mix the flavors.

5.Add the Pineapple:

Add the diced pineapple and stir quickly for 30 seconds to retain its fresh aroma.

6.Finish with Cashews:

Sprinkle cashews over the rice, toss briefly, then turn off the heat and serve. Enjoy warm.
