Stir-Fried White Beech Mushrooms with Green Pepper

Summary:

Stir-fried white beech mushrooms with green peppers is a light and nutritious vegetarian dish combining the tenderness of mushrooms with the freshness of peppers.

Ingredients:

White beech mushrooms 200g (trimmed and rinsed)

Green bell pepper 1 (seeded and shredded)

Carrot half (shredded, optional)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Salt to taste

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Ingredients:

Trim and wash the white beech mushrooms. Shred the green pepper, carrot, and ginger.

2.Sauté the Ginger:

Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add shredded ginger and stir-fry until aromatic.

3.Cook the Mushrooms:

Add the white beech mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until slightly softened.

4.Add Vegetables:

Add the green pepper and carrot, stir-fry until evenly mixed and slightly tender.

5.Season the Dish:

Add salt, soy sauce, and white pepper powder. Stir well for about 1 minute.

6.Serve and Enjoy:

Turn off the heat and transfer to a plate. Serve hot.
