Stir-Fried Water Spinach

Summary:

Stir-fried water spinach is a fresh and crisp vegetarian dish that preserves the vegetable’s natural flavor with a quick and healthy cooking method.

Ingredients:

Water spinach 300g (trimmed and cut into sections)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash and trim the water spinach, remove tough stems, and cut into sections. Shred the ginger.

2.Sauté the Ginger:

Heat vegetable oil in a wok and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant.

3.Stir-Fry the Water Spinach:

Add the water spinach and stir-fry quickly over high heat to retain crispness.

4.Season the Dish:

Add salt and white pepper powder, then stir-fry briefly to mix evenly.

5.Serve and Enjoy:

When the water spinach turns bright green and is just tender, turn off the heat and serve.
