Dry-Fried Green Beans

Summary:

Dry-fried green beans is a savory and crispy vegetarian dish that highlights the fresh flavor and texture of green beans.

Ingredients:

Green beans 300g

Carrot half (shredded)

Ginger 3 slices

Dried red chili 5 (optional, chopped)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Green Beans:

Trim both ends and remove strings from the green beans. Wash and drain well.

2.Fry the Green Beans:

In a hot pan, pour in a generous amount of vegetable oil and fry the green beans on low heat until the skin wrinkles and browns slightly. Remove and drain the excess oil.

3.Sauté the Aromatics:

Leave a small amount of oil in the pan. Add ginger slices and dried chili. Stir-fry until fragrant.

4.Combine and Season:

Return the green beans to the pan along with shredded carrot. Add soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper. Stir well.

5.Serve and Enjoy:

Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until evenly flavored. Turn off the heat and serve.
