小黄瓜拌素面

简介:

这是一道清爽可口的素食凉拌面,筋道的面条搭配爽脆的小黄瓜和清淡酱汁,口感丰富,适合作为夏日清爽素食主食。

材料:

挂面或素面 150克

小黄瓜 100克(刨丝)

红椒 50克(切丝,可选)

熟白芝麻 1茶匙(可选)

生抽 1.5汤匙

香醋 1汤匙

素蚝油 1茶匙(可选)

白胡椒粉 适量(可选)

盐 1/2茶匙

糖 1/2茶匙(可选)

辣椒油 1汤匙(可选)

植物油 1汤匙

清水 适量(煮面用)

做法:

1. 煮面条:
锅中加足量水烧开,放入挂面煮熟(约3-5分钟,根据包装说明调整),捞出后立即过凉水,沥干备用。

2. 准备配菜:
小黄瓜洗净刨丝,红椒切丝备用。

3. 调制酱汁:
在小碗中混合生抽、香醋、素蚝油(可选)、盐、糖(可选)、白胡椒粉(可选),搅拌均匀。

4. 拌面:
将沥干的面条放入大碗中,倒入调味汁,加入小黄瓜丝、红椒丝,搅拌均匀。

5. 加热响油(可选):
锅中加热植物油,热后倒入辣椒油(可选),淋在拌好的面条上,激发香气。

6. 装盘享用:
盛入盘中,撒上熟白芝麻增香,即可食用,口感清爽,酸甜微辣,适合炎热天气享用。

Cold Cucumber Mixed Vegan Noodles

Summary:

This is a light and refreshing vegan cold noodle dish, featuring chewy noodles tossed with crisp cucumber and a simple savory dressing, making it a perfect summer meal.

Ingredients:

Thin wheat noodles 150g

Cucumber 100g (shredded)

Red bell pepper 50g (sliced, optional)

Toasted white sesame seeds 1 teaspoon (optional)

Light soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons

Aged vinegar 1 tablespoon

Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 teaspoon (optional)

White pepper powder to taste (optional)

Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Sugar 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Chili oil 1 tablespoon (optional)

Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

Water as needed (for boiling noodles)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Noodles:
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook according to package instructions (about 3-5 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water, then set aside.

2. Prepare the Vegetables:
Wash and shred the cucumber, then slice the red bell pepper (if using).

3. Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, mix light soy sauce, aged vinegar, vegetarian oyster sauce (optional), salt, sugar (optional), and white pepper powder (optional). Stir well.

4. Combine the Ingredients:
Place the cooled noodles in a large bowl, pour in the dressing, add the shredded cucumber and red bell pepper, and toss until evenly coated.

5. Heat and Drizzle Oil (Optional):
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then mix with chili oil (optional) and drizzle over the noodles for extra fragrance.

6. Serve and Enjoy:
Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds for extra aroma, and enjoy this refreshing and flavorful dish.until done. Then rinse the noodles in cold water.
