红糖小汤圆
简介:
红糖小汤圆是一道温润香甜的传统素食甜品,口感软糯,甜而不腻,适合暖身养胃。
材料:
糯米粉 200克
清水 适量(用于和面)
红糖 80克
清水 600毫升(用于煮糖水)
姜片 3片(可选,用于增香)
做法:
1. 和面制团:
将糯米粉慢慢加入清水揉成柔软不粘手的面团,静置10分钟。
2. 搓制汤圆:
取小块面团搓成小圆球,大小均匀备用。
3. 煮制汤圆:
锅中加入清水烧开,放入小汤圆,煮至浮起后再煮1分钟捞出。
4. 煮红糖水:
另起锅加入清水、红糖和姜片,小火煮至红糖完全融化。
5. 合并入味:
将煮好的汤圆放入红糖水中,小火煮2分钟使其入味。
6. 出锅享用:
盛入碗中即可食用,口感软糯香甜。

Brown Sugar Mini Rice Dumplings
Summary:
Brown sugar mini rice dumplings are a warm and comforting vegetarian dessert with a soft, chewy texture and gentle sweetness.
Ingredients:
Glutinous rice flour 200g
Water appropriate amount (for dough)
Brown sugar 80g
Water 600ml (for syrup)
Ginger slices 3 (optional, for aroma)
Instructions:
1. Make the Dough:
Gradually add water to the glutinous rice flour and knead into a soft, non-sticky dough. Let rest for 10 minutes.
2. Shape the Dumplings:
Pinch small portions of dough and roll into evenly sized balls.
3. Cook the Dumplings:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook until they float, then cook for 1 more minute and remove.
4. Prepare the Syrup:
In another pot, add water, brown sugar, and ginger slices. Simmer until the sugar fully dissolves.
5. Combine and Simmer:
Add the cooked dumplings into the syrup and simmer for 2 minutes to absorb flavor.
6. Serve and Enjoy:
Ladle into bowls and serve warm for a soothing, sweet treat.
