生菜炒蘑菇

简介:

生菜炒蘑菇是一道清爽鲜嫩的素食小炒,口感清香自然,制作简单又营养均衡。

材料:

生菜 200克(撕成大块)

鲜蘑菇 150克(切片)

胡萝卜 少量(切片,可选)

生姜 3片(切丝)

生抽 1汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 少许

植物油 适量

做法:

1. 准备食材:

生菜洗净撕大块,蘑菇切片,胡萝卜切片,姜切丝备用。

2. 炒香姜丝:

热锅倒入植物油,放入姜丝小火炒出香味。

3. 翻炒蘑菇:

加入蘑菇片中火翻炒至出水并稍微变软。

4. 加入生菜:

放入生菜和胡萝卜片,大火快速翻炒均匀。

5. 调味入味:

加入生抽、盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒至生菜断生。

6. 出锅装盘:

炒匀后关火盛出,保持清脆口感即可食用。

Stir-Fried Lettuce with Mushrooms

Summary:

Stir-fried lettuce with mushrooms is a light and refreshing vegetarian dish with tender textures and natural flavors.

Ingredients:

Lettuce 200g (torn into large pieces)

Fresh mushrooms 150g (sliced)

Carrot a small amount (sliced, optional)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash and tear the lettuce into large pieces. Slice the mushrooms and carrot, and shred the ginger.

2. Sauté the Ginger:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant.

3. Cook the Mushrooms:

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat until softened and releasing moisture.

4. Add the Lettuce:

Add the lettuce and carrot slices. Stir-fry quickly over high heat.

5. Season the Dish:

Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well until the lettuce is just wilted.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

Remove from heat and serve immediately while the texture remains crisp and fresh.
