紫菜汤

简介:

紫菜汤是一道清淡鲜美、简单营养的素食汤品,口感清爽,适合日常养生饮用。

材料:

干紫菜 10克

嫩豆腐 100克(切小块)

胡萝卜 少量(切丝,可选)

生姜 3片(切丝)

生抽 1汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 少许

香油 几滴(可选)

清水 800毫升

做法:

1. 准备食材:

紫菜撕成小片备用,嫩豆腐切小块,胡萝卜和姜切丝。

2. 煮制汤底:

锅中加入清水和姜丝,大火煮沸。

3. 加入配料:

放入胡萝卜丝和豆腐块,小火煮3分钟。

4. 加入紫菜:

放入紫菜轻轻搅散,再煮1分钟即可。

5. 调味完成:

加入生抽、盐和白胡椒粉调味,最后滴入几滴香油增香。

6. 出锅享用:

关火盛出,即可享用这道清香暖胃的素汤。

Seaweed Soup

Summary:

Seaweed soup is a light and nourishing vegetarian broth with a clean, refreshing flavor, perfect for everyday meals.

Ingredients:

Dried seaweed 10g

Soft tofu 100g (cut into cubes)

Carrot a small amount (shredded, optional)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Sesame oil a few drops (optional)

Water 800ml

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Tear the dried seaweed into small pieces. Cube the tofu and shred the carrot and ginger.

2. Start the Soup Base:

Add water and shredded ginger to a pot and bring to a boil.

3. Add the Ingredients:

Add carrot and tofu. Simmer gently for about 3 minutes.

4. Add the Seaweed:

Add the seaweed and stir gently. Cook for another minute.

5. Season the Soup:

Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper. Finish with a few drops of sesame oil if desired.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

Turn off the heat and serve warm. The soup is light, comforting, and flavorful.
