短暂的专注并非定,持续而稳定的专注才具修行价值。持久性需要正确方式培养。

一、以正确目标为前提:不求强烈

不追求高度紧绷。
稳定胜过强度。
错误目标易耗力。

二、以时间管理为策略:宁短勿散

时间过长易疲劳。
短而专注更有效。
逐步延长。

三、以走神为教材:觉察即成功

走神不可避免。
觉知到即是进步。
