炒青椒土豆丝

简介:

这是一道口感爽脆、风味清新的素食快炒料理,土豆丝清爽不粘,搭配青椒的微辣香气,简单易做又营养丰富。

材料:

土豆 1个(约200克,去皮切丝)

青椒 1个(切丝)

红椒 50克(切丝,可选)

盐 1/2茶匙

生抽 1汤匙(可选)

白醋 1茶匙(防止土豆氧化)

白胡椒粉 适量(可选)

植物油 1汤匙

清水 适量(泡土豆丝用)

做法:

1. 准备食材:
土豆去皮后切细丝,立即放入清水中加1茶匙白醋浸泡5分钟,去除淀粉并防止氧化,捞出沥干;青椒、红椒洗净切丝备用。

2. 加热炒锅:
锅中倒入植物油,中火加热。

3. 翻炒土豆丝:
倒入土豆丝,快速翻炒约1分钟,使其保持爽脆口感。

4. 加入青椒和红椒:
加入青椒丝、红椒丝,继续翻炒30秒,使食材均匀受热。

5. 调味入味:
加入盐、生抽(可选)、白胡椒粉(可选),翻炒均匀后再炒30秒,使调味充分融合。

6. 装盘享用:
关火后盛入盘中,即可食用,口感脆嫩,风味清香。备用。

Stir-Fried Shredded Potatoes with Green Peppers

Summary:

This is a crisp and refreshing vegan stir-fry dish where shredded potatoes are lightly seasoned and tossed with green peppers for a simple yet flavorful combination.

Ingredients:

Potato 1 (about 200g, peeled and julienned)

Green bell pepper 1 (sliced into thin strips)

Red bell pepper 50g (sliced, optional)

Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon (optional)

White vinegar 1 teaspoon (to prevent oxidation)

White pepper powder to taste (optional)

Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

Water as needed (for soaking potatoes)

Instructions:

1. Prepare Ingredients:
Peel and julienne the potato, then soak in water with 1 teaspoon of white vinegar for 5 minutes to remove excess starch and prevent oxidation. Drain well. Slice the green and red bell peppers.

2. Heat the Pan:
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

3. Stir-Fry the Potatoes:
Add the shredded potatoes and stir-fry for about 1 minute to maintain a crisp texture.

4. Add the Peppers:
Toss in the green and red bell peppers, stirring for another 30 seconds to evenly cook the ingredients.

5. Season the Dish:
Add salt, light soy sauce (optional), and white pepper powder (optional). Stir well and continue frying for another 30 seconds.

6. Serve and Enjoy:
Transfer to a plate and serve immediately. The dish is crunchy, fresh, and full of flavor.
