素馅水饺

简介:

素馅水饺是一道清香多汁、营养均衡的传统素食主食,口感柔软、馅料丰富。

材料:

饺子皮 30张

香菇 5朵(泡发切丁)

胡萝卜 半根(切丁)

卷心菜 200克(切碎)

粉丝 60克(泡软切段)

生姜 3片(切末)

生抽 1汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 少许

香油 几滴(可选)

植物油 适量

做法:

1. 准备馅料:

香菇、胡萝卜、卷心菜和粉丝切好备用。

2. 炒制馅料:

锅中加入植物油,放入姜末炒香,加入所有蔬菜翻炒至变软,加入生抽、盐和白胡椒粉调味后放凉。

3. 调拌馅料:

将炒好的馅料拌匀,可滴入少许香油提香。

4. 包制水饺:

取饺子皮放入适量馅料,对折捏紧封口,依次包好。

5. 煮制水饺:

锅中水烧开,放入水饺,煮至浮起后再加少量冷水,重复两次至完全熟透。

6. 出锅享用:

捞出沥水后即可食用,口感鲜美清爽。

Vegetarian Dumplings

Summary:

Vegetarian dumplings are a classic plant-based dish filled with flavorful vegetables, offering a juicy filling and soft wrapper.

Ingredients:

Dumpling wrappers 30 pieces

Shiitake mushrooms 5 (soaked and diced)

Carrot half (diced)

Cabbage 200g (chopped)

Glass noodles 60g (soaked and cut)

Ginger 3 slices (minced)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Sesame oil a few drops (optional)

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling:

Dice the mushrooms and carrot, chop the cabbage, and cut the soaked glass noodles.

2. Cook the Filling:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sauté minced ginger, then add all vegetables and cook until softened. Season with soy sauce, salt, and white pepper, then let cool.

3. Mix the Filling:

Stir the filling well and add a few drops of sesame oil if desired.

4. Wrap the Dumplings:

Place a portion of filling on each wrapper, fold and seal tightly.

5. Cook the Dumplings:

Bring water to a boil, add dumplings, cook until they float, then add a little cold water twice and cook until fully done.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

Remove and drain. Serve warm for best flavor.
