番茄酱烤豆腐

简介:

番茄酱烤豆腐是一道酸甜开胃、外酥里嫩的素食菜肴,结合番茄的清香与豆腐的柔软,风味独特。

材料:

北豆腐 300克(切厚片)

番茄酱 2汤匙

生抽 1汤匙

蜂蜜或糖 1茶匙(可选)

黑胡椒粉 少许

盐 适量

橄榄油 适量

做法:

1. 准备豆腐:

豆腐切厚片,用厨房纸吸干表面水分。

2. 调制酱汁:

碗中加入番茄酱、生抽、蜂蜜或糖、盐和黑胡椒粉搅拌均匀。

3. 涂抹豆腐:

将豆腐片均匀刷上调好的番茄酱汁,静置腌制10分钟。

4. 预热烤箱:

将烤箱预热至200°C。

5. 烘烤豆腐:

将豆腐摆放在铺有烘焙纸的烤盘上,放入烤箱烤15–20分钟,中途可翻面一次。

6. 出炉享用:

烤至表面微焦即可取出,口感外香内嫩。

Baked Tofu with Tomato Sauce

Summary:

Baked tofu with tomato sauce is a sweet and tangy vegetarian dish with a crispy exterior and tender interior.

Ingredients:

Firm tofu 300g (cut into thick slices)

Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Honey or sugar 1 teaspoon (optional)

Black pepper a pinch

Salt to taste

Olive oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Tofu:

Cut the tofu into thick slices and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Make the Sauce:

In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, soy sauce, honey or sugar, salt, and black pepper.

3. Coat the Tofu:

Brush the tofu evenly with the sauce and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

4. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

5. Bake the Tofu:

Place tofu on a lined baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

Remove when slightly browned on the surface. Serve warm with a crispy outside and soft inside.
