芦笋炒腰果
简介:
芦笋炒腰果是一道清爽鲜香、口感脆嫩与香酥兼具的素食小炒,营养丰富且做法简单。
材料:
芦笋 200克(去老根切段)
生腰果 80克
胡萝卜 半根(切片,可选)
生姜 3片(切丝)
生抽 1汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 少许
植物油 适量
做法:
1. 准备食材:
芦笋去老根切段,腰果备用,胡萝卜切片,姜切丝。
2. 焯烫芦笋:
锅中水烧开,放入芦笋焯水30秒,捞出沥干。
3. 炒香腰果:
锅中倒少量植物油,小火将腰果慢慢炒至微金黄后盛出备用。
4. 炒香姜丝:
同锅加入少量植物油,放入姜丝炒出香味。
5. 翻炒食材:
加入芦笋和胡萝卜片快速翻炒,再倒入腰果混合。
6. 调味出锅:
加入生抽、盐和白胡椒粉翻炒均匀即可盛出。

Stir-Fried Asparagus with Cashews
Summary:
Stir-fried asparagus with cashews is a light and flavorful vegetarian dish combining crisp asparagus with crunchy roasted nuts.
Ingredients:
Asparagus 200g (trimmed and cut into sections)
Raw cashews 80g
Carrot half (sliced, optional)
Ginger 3 slices (shredded)
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
White pepper powder a pinch
Vegetable oil appropriate amount
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Trim and cut the asparagus, slice the carrot, and shred the ginger. Keep the cashews ready.
2. Blanch the Asparagus:
Bring water to a boil and blanch the asparagus for about 30 seconds, then drain well.
3. Toast the Cashews:
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan and toast the cashews over low heat until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
4. Sauté the Ginger:
Add a little more oil if needed and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant.
5. Stir-Fry the Ingredients:
Add asparagus and carrot, stir-fry quickly, then return the cashews to the pan.
6. Season and Serve:
Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Toss well and serve hot.
