It is the movement from understanding through thought to knowing through immediate perception.

1.Letting go of explanation: Pausing mental labeling.
2.Returning to the body: Using sensation as entry.
3.Present awareness: Staying with what is.
4.Reducing comparison: Dropping judgments.
5.Allowing experience: Letting it unfold.
