内在生命力是一种支持我们活着、行动、思考与感受的深层能量。觉察它,让人更贴近真实的自我,也更能在生活中保持清明与力量。

内在生命力是流动于身心之间的活力来源,表现为能量、灵动、敏锐、好奇、存在感与对生命的回应力。
