内在负担包括情绪压力、未解决的心结与长期累积的心理紧绷。释放它的关键在于觉察、接纳与松开,让心重新变得轻盈。

一、什么是内在负担?

内在负担是心中沉重的能量,包括焦虑、愤怒、恐惧、内耗或未表达的情绪。这些都会消耗大量心理能量。

二、释放内在负担的基础

1.承认情绪:看见内在真实状态。

2.允许表达:让情绪找到出口。
