平菇炒芹菜

简介:

平菇炒芹菜是一道清香爽脆、口感清新的素食小炒,菌香与芹菜清甜相得益彰。

材料:

平菇 200克(撕小朵)

芹菜 200克(切段)

胡萝卜 半根(切片,可选)

生姜 3片(切丝)

生抽 1汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 少许

植物油 适量

做法:

1. 准备食材:

平菇撕成小朵洗净,芹菜切段,胡萝卜切片,姜切丝备用。

2. 焯烫芹菜:

锅中水烧开,将芹菜焯水30秒后捞出沥干。

3. 炒香姜丝:

热锅倒入植物油,放入姜丝小火炒出香味。

4. 翻炒平菇:

加入平菇中火翻炒至出水并略微收干。

5. 加入芹菜:

放入芹菜和胡萝卜片,大火快速翻炒均匀。

6. 调味出锅:

加入生抽、盐和白胡椒粉翻炒至断生即可盛出。

Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms with Celery

Summary:

Stir-fried oyster mushrooms with celery is a fresh and aromatic vegetarian dish combining tender mushrooms with crisp celery.

Ingredients:

Oyster mushrooms 200g (torn into pieces)

Celery 200g (cut into sections)

Carrot half (sliced, optional)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces and wash them. Cut the celery and slice the carrot. Shred the ginger.

2. Blanch the Celery:

Bring water to a boil, blanch the celery for about 30 seconds, then drain.

3. Sauté the Ginger:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant.

4. Cook the Mushrooms:

Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat until they release moisture and slightly dry.

5. Add the Celery:

Add the celery and carrot. Stir-fry quickly over high heat.

6. Season and Serve:

Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well and serve immediately.
