蔬菜炒饭

简介:

蔬菜炒饭是一道色彩丰富、营养均衡的素食主食,口感松散清香,适合日常简餐。

材料:

米饭 300克(隔夜更佳)

胡萝卜 半根(切丁)

青椒 半个(切丁)

玉米粒 50克

青豆 50克(可选)

香菇 3朵(切丁)

生姜 3片(切丝)

生抽 1汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 少许

香油 几滴(可选)

植物油 适量

做法:

1. 准备食材:

将米饭提前打散,胡萝卜、青椒、香菇切丁,姜切丝备用。

2. 炒香姜丝:

热锅加入植物油,放入姜丝小火炒出香味。

3. 翻炒配菜:

加入胡萝卜、香菇、玉米和青豆,中火翻炒至蔬菜略熟。

4. 加入米饭:

倒入米饭,大火快速翻炒,使米粒均匀松散。

5. 调味入味:

加入生抽、盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀。

6. 出锅装盘:

最后滴入香油提香,翻匀后即可盛出食用。

Vegetable Fried Rice

Summary:

Vegetable fried rice is a colorful and nutritious vegetarian main dish with a light aroma and fluffy texture.

Ingredients:

Cooked rice 300g (preferably day-old)

Carrot half (diced)

Green bell pepper half (diced)

Corn kernels 50g

Green peas 50g (optional)

Shiitake mushrooms 3 (diced)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Sesame oil a few drops (optional)

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Loosen the rice in advance. Dice the carrot, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Shred the ginger.

2. Sauté the Ginger:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant.

3. Cook the Vegetables:

Add carrot, mushrooms, corn, and peas. Stir-fry over medium heat until slightly tender.

4. Add the Rice:

Add the rice and stir-fry over high heat until the grains are separated.

5. Season the Dish:

Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Mix well.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

Finish with a few drops of sesame oil, stir briefly, and serve hot.
