警惕对平静状态的贪恋
平静本是修行的自然结果,若生贪恋,反成障碍。执着于静,会令心变得微细而紧张。
一、以觉知识别:平静亦是对象
平静被看见,说明仍是所缘。
凡可被觉知者,皆非究竟。
此是基本辨别。
二、以变化为提醒:静非恒常
平静有来有去。
抓取即生不安。
无常显露其空性。
三、以放松为解法:不守不护
不刻意维持。
不担心失去。
放松反而更稳。
四、以清醒为平衡:静不等于昏
贪静易滑向昏沉。
觉知需持续。
清醒是关键。
五、以不比较为保护:不求更静
不与过去、他人相比。
比较即是扰动。
止于当下即可。
六、以平等心观照:静乱一如
平静与散乱同被觉知。
不偏爱、不排斥。
心回归中道。
七、以觉知为核心:静为副产
觉知是根本。
平静只是现象。
本末不可颠倒。
八、以无住为归处:静来静去
平静来,不拒。
平静去,不追。
心无所住。
总结
平静若被贪恋,便失其用。唯有不执,平静才不成为障碍。

Guarding Against Attachment to Calm States
Calm naturally arises in practice, but attachment turns it into an obstacle. Clinging to tranquility subtly tightens the mind.
1. Recognizing Calm as an Object
If calm is known, it is an object.
Whatever is observed is not ultimate.
This distinction is essential.
2. Impermanence as Reminder
Calm arises and passes.
Clinging creates unease.
Its impermanence reveals emptiness.
3. Relaxation as Resolution
Do not maintain or defend calm.
Do not fear losing it.
Relaxation stabilizes naturally.
4. Clarity as Balance
Attachment to calm leads to dullness.
Awareness must remain bright.
Clarity preserves balance.
5. Non-Comparison as Protection
Do not compare states.
Comparison disturbs stability.
Remain with what is.
6. Equanimous Observation
Calm and restlessness are equally known.
Neither preferred nor rejected.
The middle way appears.
7. Awareness as Core
Awareness is fundamental.
Calm is secondary.
Do not reverse them.
8. Non-Abiding as Completion
Calm comes—no resistance.
Calm goes—no pursuit.
The mind abides nowhere.
Summary
When calm is clung to, it obstructs. Non-attachment allows tranquility to serve practice.
