觉察身体各部的实存感,是让心回到当下最直接的方法之一。透过细致观察身体的重量、触点、紧绷与松动,觉知得以扎根,心也更容易稳定。

一、什么是身体实存感?

身体实存感是指对身体真实存在的直接体验,包括压力、温度、触感、重量与姿态等,不经思考、只经感受。

二、身体觉察的基础

1.从大部位开始:如背部、腹部、腿。

2.逐渐细致:延伸到手指、脚趾、面部肌肉。

3.保持中性态度:不评判紧绷或酸痛。

4.稳定身体姿势:帮助觉察清晰。

5.让感觉自然呈现:不逼迫、不想象。

It is direct experience of the body—pressure, temperature, touch, weight, and posture—without interpretation, purely through sensing.

2. Foundations of Bodily Awareness

1.Start with large areas: Back, abdomen, legs.

2.Go finer: Fingers, toes, facial muscles.

3.Maintain neutrality: Observe tension without judgment.

4.Stable posture: Supports clarity of sensing.

5.Allow sensations to arise: No forcing or imagining.
