清炒佛手瓜

简介:

清炒佛手瓜是一道清脆爽口、清香自然的素食家常菜,口感鲜嫩、清淡健康。

材料:

佛手瓜 2个(去皮去核切片)

胡萝卜 半根(切片,可选)

生姜 3片(切丝)

生抽 1汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 少许

植物油 适量

做法:

1. 准备食材:

佛手瓜去皮去核切片,胡萝卜切片,姜切丝备用。

2. 炒香姜丝:

热锅倒入植物油,放入姜丝小火炒出香味。

3. 翻炒蔬菜:

加入佛手瓜和胡萝卜片,中火快速翻炒。

4. 调味入味:

加入生抽、盐和白胡椒粉,继续翻炒均匀。

5. 控制火候:

炒至佛手瓜断生但仍保持清脆口感。

6. 出锅装盘:

关火盛出,即可享用清爽鲜嫩的成品。

Stir-Fried Chayote

Summary:

Stir-fried chayote is a light and refreshing vegetarian dish with a crisp texture and delicate natural flavor.

Ingredients:

Chayote 2 (peeled, seeded, and sliced)

Carrot half (sliced, optional)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Peel and slice the chayote, removing the seed. Slice the carrot and shred the ginger.

2. Sauté the Ginger:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant.

3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables:

Add chayote and carrot slices. Stir-fry over medium heat.

4. Season the Dish:

Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Mix well.

5. Control the Cooking:

Cook until the chayote is just tender while still crisp.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

Remove from heat and serve immediately for a fresh and light flavor.
