坚果拌菠菜

简介:

坚果拌菠菜是一道清爽营养的素食凉拌菜,菠菜鲜嫩搭配坚果香脆,口感层次丰富。

材料:

菠菜 300克(洗净切段)

花生米 40克(熟花生)

腰果 30克(烤熟)

胡萝卜 少量(切丝,可选)

生抽 1汤匙

香醋 1茶匙

盐 适量

白芝麻 适量

香油 几滴(可选)

做法:

1. 准备菠菜:

锅中水烧开,将菠菜焯水20秒后捞出,过凉水并挤干水分。

2. 处理坚果:

花生和腰果可提前烤香或使用熟坚果,略微压碎备用。

3. 调制酱汁:

碗中加入生抽、香醋、盐和香油搅拌均匀。

4. 混合食材:

将菠菜、胡萝卜丝和坚果放入大碗中。

5. 拌匀入味:

倒入调好的酱汁,轻轻翻拌均匀。

6. 出盘完成:

撒上白芝麻即可食用,清爽开胃。

Spinach Salad with Nuts

Summary:

Spinach salad with nuts is a fresh and nutritious vegetarian dish combining tender greens with crunchy roasted nuts for a balanced texture.

Ingredients:

Spinach 300g (washed and cut)

Peanuts 40g (roasted)

Cashews 30g (roasted)

Carrot a small amount (shredded, optional)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Vinegar 1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

White sesame seeds appropriate amount

Sesame oil a few drops (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Spinach:

Bring water to a boil and blanch the spinach for about 20 seconds. Rinse with cold water and squeeze dry.

2. Prepare the Nuts:

Use roasted peanuts and cashews, roughly crush them if desired.

3. Make the Dressing:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and sesame oil until well combined.

4. Combine the Ingredients:

Place spinach, shredded carrot, and nuts into a large bowl.

5. Toss and Mix:

Pour the dressing over and gently toss to coat evenly.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top and serve fresh for a light and flavorful dish.
