红枣南瓜粥
简介:
红枣南瓜粥是一道香甜软糯、温润养胃的素食粥品,口感细腻,适合四季食用。
材料:
南瓜 200克(去皮切小块)
大米 80克
红枣 6颗(去核切片)
枸杞 适量(可选)
冰糖 适量(可选)
清水 1000毫升
做法:
1. 准备食材:
大米淘洗干净后浸泡20分钟,南瓜切小块,红枣去核备用。
2. 煮制米粥:
锅中加入清水和大米,大火煮开后转小火慢煮。
3. 加入南瓜与红枣:
放入南瓜块和红枣,继续小火煮20分钟,使南瓜软烂。
4. 搅拌出香:
用勺子轻轻搅拌,让部分南瓜自然融入粥中,使口感更浓稠。
5. 调味收尾:
加入枸杞和冰糖,再煮2分钟至冰糖融化。
6. 出锅享用:
关火后稍微焖一会儿即可盛出,香甜顺滑。

Red Date Pumpkin Porridge
Summary:
Red date pumpkin porridge is a naturally sweet and comforting vegetarian rice porridge with a smooth texture and nourishing flavor.
Ingredients:
Pumpkin 200g (peeled and diced)
Rice 80g
Red dates 6 (pitted and sliced)
Goji berries appropriate amount (optional)
Rock sugar to taste (optional)
Water 1000ml
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Rinse the rice and soak for about 20 minutes. Dice the pumpkin and pit the red dates.
2. Cook the Rice Base:
Add water and rice to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat.
3. Add Pumpkin and Dates:
Add pumpkin cubes and red dates. Continue simmering for about 20 minutes until the pumpkin becomes soft.
4. Stir for Texture:
Gently stir the porridge so some pumpkin blends into the rice, creating a thicker consistency.
5. Finish the Seasoning:
Add goji berries and rock sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes until dissolved.
6. Serve and Enjoy:
Turn off the heat and let it rest briefly before serving warm.
