香菇油菜

简介:

香菇油菜是一道清香爽口、营养均衡的素食家常菜,菌香与蔬菜清甜相互融合。

材料:

鲜香菇 6朵(切片)

小油菜 300克(洗净对半切)

生姜 3片(切丝)

生抽 1汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 少许

香油 几滴(可选)

植物油 适量

做法:

1. 准备食材:

香菇切片,小油菜洗净备用,姜切丝。

2. 焯烫油菜:

锅中水烧开,放入油菜焯烫20秒后捞出沥干。

3. 炒香姜丝:

热锅加入植物油,放入姜丝小火炒出香味。

4. 翻炒香菇:

加入香菇片中火翻炒至变软出香。

5. 加入油菜:

放入焯好的油菜,大火快速翻炒均匀。

6. 调味出锅:

加入生抽、盐和白胡椒粉调味,最后滴入香油即可盛出。

Stir-Fried Bok Choy with Shiitake Mushrooms

Summary:

Stir-fried bok choy with shiitake mushrooms is a light and nutritious vegetarian dish combining earthy mushroom flavor with fresh green vegetables.

Ingredients:

Fresh shiitake mushrooms 6 (sliced)

Bok choy 300g (washed and halved)

Ginger 3 slices (shredded)

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Sesame oil a few drops (optional)

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Slice the shiitake mushrooms, wash the bok choy, and shred the ginger.

2. Blanch the Bok Choy:

Bring water to a boil and blanch the bok choy for about 20 seconds, then drain.

3. Sauté the Ginger:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant.

4. Cook the Mushrooms:

Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.

5. Add the Bok Choy:

Add the blanched bok choy and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

6. Season and Serve:

Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Finish with a few drops of sesame oil, then serve hot.
