呼吸觉知是所有内观练习的基础。透过觉知气息的流动,身心得以回到此时此刻,为观察身体、情绪与心念提供稳定的锚点。

呼吸觉知是以不控制、不干预的方式观察气息的进出、温度、节奏与触点,使心逐渐稳定于当下。

二、呼吸觉知的基础

1.自然呼吸:不刻意加深或放慢。

2.身体放松:让气息能够顺畅流动。

3.稳定的觉察点:如鼻端、胸口或腹部起伏。

4.不评价呼吸:只观察,不判断好坏。
