Spicy Stir-Fried Tofu Shreds

Summary:

Spicy stir-fried tofu shreds is a flavorful vegetarian dish that combines chewy tofu with spicy seasonings, making it both appetizing and satisfying.

Ingredients:

Firm tofu 200g (shredded)

Carrot half (shredded)

Green bell pepper half (shredded)

Dried red chili 5 (chopped, optional)

Ginger 3 slices

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Ingredients:

Shred the tofu, carrot, and green bell pepper. Slice the ginger and cut the dried chilies into small sections.

2.Sauté the Aromatics:

Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add the ginger and dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.

3.Stir-Fry the Tofu:

Add the shredded tofu and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until slightly crisp on the edges.

4.Add the Vegetables:

Add the shredded carrot and green bell pepper, and continue to stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until slightly tender.

5.Season and Serve:

Add soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper. Stir well, cook briefly to blend flavors, then turn off the heat and serve.
