Boletus with Lily Bulbs Stir-Fry

Summary:

Boletus with lily bulbs stir-fry is a fragrant and nourishing vegetarian dish that combines the umami of wild mushrooms with the subtle sweetness of fresh lily, promoting wellness and balance.

Ingredients:

Boletus mushrooms 150g (fresh or rehydrated)

Fresh lily bulb 1 (separated and cleaned)

Carrot half (sliced)

Ginger 3 slices

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

White pepper powder a pinch

Vegetable oil appropriate amount

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Ingredients:

If using dried boletus, soak and slice them. Separate and clean the lily bulb. Slice the carrot and ginger.

2.Sauté the Aromatics:

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add the ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the boletus and stir-fry for 2 minutes to release aroma.

3.Add Carrot:

Stir in the carrot slices and cook until slightly softened.

4.Add Lily Bulbs:

Add the lily petals and stir gently for 1 minute to preserve their crispness.

5.Season and Simmer:

Add soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper. Stir well and simmer briefly to thicken the sauce.

6.Serve and Enjoy:

Transfer to a plate and serve warm. This light and flavorful dish is perfect for a wholesome meal.
