Almond and Lily Bulb Stew

Summary:

Almond and lily bulb stew is a soothing and nourishing vegetarian dessert soup with a delicate sweetness, ideal for wellness and daily health.

Ingredients:

Almonds 30g (peeled)

Fresh lily bulb 50g (cleaned and separated)

Red dates 5 (pitted)

Goji berries appropriate amount

Rock sugar to taste

Water 800ml

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Ingredients:

Peel and rinse the almonds, separate and wash the lily bulb, pit the red dates, and rinse the goji berries.

2.Start the Soup:

In a pot, add water, almonds, and red dates. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.

3.Add the Lily Bulb:

Add the lily bulb and continue cooking for 10 minutes until softened.

4.Finish with Sweetness:

Add goji berries and rock sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves completely.

5.Serve and Enjoy:

Ladle into bowls and serve warm. The soup is light, sweet, and nourishing.
